Step One: Valuation & Assessment Package

This first step allows you to gain an unbiased professional opinion of your business value and marketability. Your assessment will prepare you with everything you need to plan the sale of your business. We will also provide you with a customized action plan and next steps on working with us to confidentiality broker your business.
Sign up for Step 2 within 14 days of receiving the Valuation and Assessment and we will credit of 100% of the Step 1 fee toward Step 2.
Step 1 flat fees are based on the size of your business.
- Up to $4 million in annual revenue | $1,400
- $4 million to $20 million in annual revenue | $2,200
- $20 million to $100 million in annual revenue | $3,200
Step Two: Marketing Package

We begin step 2 with our “Owner Interview” session. This is a 30 to 60-minute recorded video or phone meeting where we will start to shape the narrative of our marketing and positioning of your business. Buyers what to hear the voice and the story of your business. Using technology, we can deliver this experience with far fewer scheduling constraints and better leverage the owner’s time with this one-time event. We then combined the knowledge we gained in the interview, the valuation from step 1, and our team’s market research to produce a stunning 15 – 30 page Confidential Business Review. This package, and the interview, will later be shared with buyer prospects who have executed our NDA.
Marketing package fees vary based on the type and size of the company. Our packages typically range from $1,800 to $3,000 for small businesses and $3,000 to $6,000 for mid-sized businesses.
Step Three: Promotion Services

Promotion packages typically range from $275 to $500 per month for small businesses and $500 to $1,000 per month for mid-sized businesses and vary based on the type and size of the company, and the services required. Marketing efforts can be customized, updated, revised, or added to any time.
Step Four: Monthly Reporting and Online Portal

Once the promotional package is active and live we provide you with your personalized owner portal. This will give you access to see how many prospects have search your business, viewed your business, signed and NDA and all other activities we have had with prospective buyers on your behalf. This is included as part of our promotional service and their are no additional charges.
Step Five: Contract to Close Service One-Time Success Fee

Once a buyer is ready to go beyond the stages of reviewing the Confidential Business Review and the Owner interview, they are ready to begin their Due Diligence and negotiations. In most cases it will be time for Buyer and Seller to meet. This is often a call followed by a site visit. We manage confidential site visits, help you prepare for the due diligence stage, negotiate your preferred terms for a contract and ultimately help you have a closing for a one-time success fee based on the total purchase price, calculated as follows:
- 10% of the first million, plus
- 8% of the second million, plus
- 6% of the third million, plus
- 4% of the fourth million, plus
- 2% of the fifth million, plus
- 1% thereafter
